18 Years to 30 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged 18 to 30 years, male or female; (2) No regular exercise (exercise <=3 times a week, exercise time <=30min); (3) Physical health, no contraindications to exercise, assessed by the Physical Activity Preparation Questionnaire (PAQ-R); (4) No use of antibiotics, antihypertensive drug in recent three months; (5) Right-hand dominant; (6) Agree and sign this informed consent for clinical research.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Have cognitive disorder, peripheral or neurological impairment, stroke or transient ischemic attack, diabetes, epilepsy, routine migraine or other neurological disorders; (2) Have contraindications to TMS, such as cranial trauma, such as craniocerebral trauma, pacemakers, stents and other metal objects installed in the body; (3) Have hypertension, heart disease and osteoarthrosis, and have a history of major surgical treatment; (4) Color blindness; (5) Received TMS stimulation intervention recently.
