Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) acute ischemic stroke (first onset) was diagnosed by two or more specialists; (2) in line with the diagnostic criteria for post-stroke cognitive impairment formulated by the Chinese stroke association in 2017; (3) onset time <= 3 days; (4) are right-handed; (5) complete imaging data.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) combined with other non-vascular causes of neural function defects; (2) due to various symptoms (including impaired consciousness, inability to communicate, language impairment, severe post-stroke depression, etc.), the evaluation could not be completed; (3) have a clear history of cognitive impairment or mental illness.
