Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 65 years; 2. Gender unlimited; 3. Fresh fracture, i.e. time from injury to operation <= 3 weeks; 4. Femoral neck fracture / intertrochanteric fracture / subtrochanteric fracture confirmed by X-ray or CT; 5. Patients who agreed to participate in this study and signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pathological fracture other than primary osteoporosis; 2. Periprosthetic fracture; 3. Multiple trauma; 4. Open fracture; 5. Combined with nerve or blood vessel injury of limbs; 6. Patients unable to tolerate surgical treatment after assessment; 7. Patients with delayed surgery due to medical conditions such as new diseases or aggravation of original diseases after injury; 8. Patients with poor compliance and expected inability to complete follow-up.
