Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subjects in this study must meet all of the following criteria: 1. Aged 40-75 years; 2. Having the ability to read the questionnaire by themselves and provide clear answers to the contents of the questionnaire; 3. Signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Having been confirmed that there are other chronic respiratory diseases that may affect the research results; 2. Having known active tuberculosis; 3. Having a known lung tumor; 4. Having major thoracic surgery performed in the near future, ; 5. Serious heart diseases, such as acute myocardial infarction, heart failure, etc; 6. Other cases in which pulmonary function test (including dilation test) cannot be performed; 7. Unwilling to provide informed consent or unwilling to be participants.
