18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosis of focal-onset epilepsy based on 2017 ILAE diagnostic criteria; 2. New-diagnosed patients with epilepsy; 3. Aged 18-70 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Tonic seizures or myoclonic seizures from focal epileptogenic zone; 2. Using antiepileptic drugs currently; 3. With progressive central nervous system disease,severe heart, lung, liver or kidney disease; 4. Excessive consumption of alcohol, coffee, or tea. Taking immunosuppressants, central nervous system inhibitors and other drugs that may affect sleep; 5. Women during pregnancy, lactation, and without contraception.
