Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Sign the informed consent; 2. Aged 18-85 years; 3. ASA grades II~III; 4. Patients who plan to undergo radical resection of thoracic and laparoscopic esophageal cancer.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with contraindications to regional block technique (allergic to local anesthetic, peripheral infection of puncture site and coagulation disorders); 2. A history of dependence on painkillers; 3. Patients with dementia or severe cognitive impairment; 4. Any cerebrovascular accident occurred within 3 months, such as stroke, transient ischemic attack (TIA), etc 5. Any communication difficulty.
