Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-70 years old; 2. Did not take antibiotics and bismuth for 4 weeks before gastroscopy, and did not take drugs that affect Hp activity such as PPI and H2 receptor antagonists for 2 weeks; 3. No H. pylori eradication treatment in the past six months; 4. Exclude other serious cardiopulmonary diseases and history of previous malignant tumors; 5. The patient signs the informed consent voluntarily.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. gastroscopy with peptic ulcer, gastric cancer and other organic diseases of the digestive tract; 2. Receive Hp eradication treatment within the past six months; 3. history of other serious heart and lung diseases and previous malignant tumors; 4. The patient is unwilling to participate.
