Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnostic criteria for septic shock: the patient has a clear infection, SOFA >= 2, the patient's systolic blood pressure 2mmol/L; 2. Aged > 18 years; 3. Septic shock occurred within 24 hours upon admission to the ICU.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients complicated severe heart, lung, liver and kidney diseases; 2. Patients complicated with hematological diseases and autoimmune diseases; 3. Emergency surgical intervention need be performed after fluid resuscitation.
