Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 18 years old; 2. Patients who meet the Berlin ARDS diagnostic standard in 2012; 3. Sign informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant women, patients with tumor and immune system diseases; 2. There are some contraindications (poor oxygenation / serious heart disease, cardiac insufficiency / coagulation abnormality, massive hemoptysis / aortic aneurysm, risk of rupture, etc.) in fibrobronchoscopy;
