Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Case group (must meet the following conditions at the same time): 1. gestation days = 7mm but no fetal heart, or mean diameter of pregnancy sac >= 25mm but no Fetal buds, or fetuses with no fetal heart >= 11 days after seeing the yolk sac, or comparison of two ultrasound results at intervals of >= 7 days suggest that embryos who have stopped developing 4. have lived in Tianjin for more than 1 year and their addresses are in the 10 jurisdictions studied and the address has not changed in the past year; 5. voluntarily participated in and signed the informed consent form reviewed and approved by the Medical Ethics Committee of the Second Hospital of Tianjin Medical University. Control group (must meet the following conditions at the same time): 1. those who have gestational days < 13 weeks and voluntarily request termination of pregnancy; 2. regular menstrual regularity (the range of menstrual cycle changes in the past year is ± 1 day); 3. And fetal heart; 4. no vaginal bleeding during pregnancy; 5. no history of adverse pregnancy; 6. resided in Tianjin for more than 1 year, the address is located in the 10 jurisdictions of the study, and the address has not changed in the past year; 7. voluntarily participated and signed by the Tianjin Medical University The informed consent form reviewed and approved by the Medical Ethics Committee of the Second Hospital.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria (for those who meet one of the following conditions): 1. those who have uterine malformations, uterine fibroids and other factors affecting the morphology of the uterine cavity; 2. those who have systemic diseases such as endocrine disorders or hypertension; 3. dissatisfied persons.
