Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Adults patients aged 18 to 80 years diagnosed with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation (PAF was defined as AF terminates spontaneously or onset less than 7 days with intervention) with symptomatic PAF patients intolerant or refractory to antiarrhythmic medication or desired to take RFCA treatment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. left atrial appendage thrombosis; 2. abnormal cardiac structures disease (i.e. severe mitral, tricuspid, aortic malformation; atrial, ventricular septal defect; tetralogy of Fallot); 3. heart failure; 4. history of RFCAcryoballon ablation and cardiac surgical procedures; 5. mental disease; 6. eGFR<30ml/min; 7. septic shock; 8. advanced malignant tumor; 9. pregnancy; 10. cardiac tamponade or major hydropericardium; 11. left atrial anteroposterior diameter larger than 50 mm.
