Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who plan to undergo heart valve surgery in Sichuan provincial people's hospital from January 2020 to December 2020; The age of 18 years old or more.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant women; 2. Patients with difficulty in obtaining left atrial appendage specimens by thoracoscopic cardiac valve surgery; 3. Refused to participate in the study.
