Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients with liver cancer, the diagnostic criteria for liver cancer shall refer to the clinical diagnostic criteria for liver cancer proposed by the former ministry of health of the People's Republic of China in 2011 (diagnosed and confirmed by surgeons); 2) The patient intends to undergo hepatocellular carcinoma resection under general anesthesia; 3) The American society of anesthesiologists (ASA) class II to IV; 4) Patients' informed consent to participate in the study; 5) The patient is capable of basic verbal communication and signature writing.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Recent intravenous or oral glucocorticoid therapy; 2) Patients diagnosed with diabetes during or at the end of the operation; 3) With tumors of other systems; 4) Complicated with hepatitis a virus, hepatitis d virus and human immunodeficiency virus infection; 5) Patients with severe hypertension, heart, brain, lung, kidney, nervous system and mental system diseases.
