70 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The patient is over 70 years old, male and female, ASA1~3 grade, major orthopedic surgery; Knee joint, hip joint replacement and spine correction; general surgery patients with gastrointestinal tumors.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) score 177mmol / L); 3. Recently taken sedatives or antidepressants such as drugs affecting neuropsychiatric function; 4. Alcohol and drug dependence History, illiteracy, and neuropsychiatric disorders; 5. Alzheimer's and other patients who cannot complete the relevant scale test; 6. Mental illness, Parkinson's disease or active hepatitis, severe vision or hearing impairment; 7. Participated in other clinical trials within one month before the start of the study; 8. Patients that the investigator deemed inappropriate for the group; 9. Cannot cooperate with completing the questionnaire.
