Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Acute stroke confirmed by CT or MRI; 2. There are indications for interventional surgery and the time window meets the requirements for interventional surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Accompanied by serious diseases of heart, lung, liver, kidney and other important organs; 2. Patients with previous cognitive dysfunction or mental illness; 3. used sedative drugs within 24 hours.
