18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >18 years old with type 2 diabetes; 2. Glycated hemoglobin (HbA1c) value <=10%; 3. Refractive media opacity and pupil reduction that do not affect fundus examination; 4. There is no macular edema involving the central area of the macula.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Any eye has active eye infections (such as blepharitis, keratitis, scleritis, conjunctivitis, etc.); 2) Target eye has proliferative diabetic retinopathy (PDR); 3) The target eye has a history of vitreous hemorrhage within 2 months before screening; 4) In addition to diabetes, the target eye also suffers from other ophthalmic conditions (such as retinal vein occlusion (RVO), CNV, retinal detachment, macular hole, macular retinal traction, preretinal membrane, etc.); 5) The target eye has iris neovascularization; 6) The target eye has uncontrollable glaucoma (defined as intraocular pressure >=25 mmHg after anti-glaucoma treatment), or has a history of glaucoma filtering surgery; 7) The researcher believes that the target eye cataract may affect the judgment of test or test results, or require surgical treatment within the next 6 months; 8) The target eye has no lens (if there is an artificial lens, it can be included).
