18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Dianosed with idiopathic macular hole using fundus microscopy and optical coherence tomography; 2) Aged 18 to 75 years patient;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) combined with other vision-threatening eye diseases including glaucoma, diabetic retinopathy, age-related macular degeneration, etc.; 2) had a history of ocular trauma, or a history of surgery in the affected eye; 3) combined with uncontrolled systemic disorders, such as hypertension,cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, severe cardiac dysfunction and Showed difficulties in cooperating with the operators.
