Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) older than 18 years; ASA classification level I-III; BMI18-27 kg/m ^ 2 (2) the operation time is less than 1 hour; (3) no trauma or dysfunction of the hand; (4) those who plan to extubate in the operating room

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) recently used aminoglycoside antibiotics, anticonvulsants, digitalis, antidepressants, diuretics, corticosteroids and other drugs that may affect neuromuscular function; (2) those who are sent to the ICU for mechanical ventilation after the operation; (3) serious nervous system diseases, liver and kidney diseases; (4) the body weight is more than 30% of the ideal body weight; (5) body temperature >=37.3 degrees Celsius.
