Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) ICU patients aged >=18 years with severe infection; (2) Polymyxin B has been continuously administered for more than 2 days, and the blood drug concentration has reached a steady-state; (3) Clinical evaluation or confirmation of Gram-negative bacterial infection; (4) Sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients allergic to polymyxin B; (2) Patients who used polymyxin B but did not reach steady state.
