Female

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Female aged 18-70 years; 2. Body mass index 18-30kg/M2; 3. ASA I-III; 4. Patients voluntarily participate in the trial and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous operation history of breast diseases, excluding tumor puncture and biopsy; 2. Breast reconstruction operation in the same period or planned; 3. Bilateral breast surgery; 4. Puncture site breaking or infection; 5. Severe coagulation dysfunction; 6. History of chronic pain and long-term use of opioids or NSAIDs; 7. Hospital Anxiety and depression (HAD) score is greater than 7; 8. Allergy to anesthetic involved in this study; 9. Serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, liver, kidney and blood system dysfunction.
