50 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. clinical diagnosed as postherpetic neuralgia and unilateral; 2. lesion levels at T3~T12 with more than 3 levels of spinal nerve involved; 3. pain lasted for more than 3 months and the course of disease between 3 and 12 months; 4. aged 60 to 85 years old, males or females ,and body mass index (BMI) 18 to 27.9 kg/m2; 5. VAS score >=40 mm on admission and not received nerve block; 6. able to cooperate with treatment and freely given informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. with severe pain of the others site; 2. Lesions or infection of the skin at the site of the needle puncture; 3. known allergies to any of the study drugs (pregabalin, tramadol hydrochloride, oxycodone, ropivacaine, mecobalamin, compound betamethasone injection), alcohol addiction or drug abuse; 4. suffering from severe internal medicine, psychiatric diseases or abnormal blood and coagulation; 5. denial of the treatment , or failed to understand the VAS score; 6. unable to complete the study for all reasons.
