Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnosis of hypertriglycerid acute pancreatitis: triglyceride > 11.3mmol / L or triglyceride 5.65-11.3mmol / L with serum chyle, and exclude biliary and alcoholic pancreatitis; 2. First occurrence of acute pancreatitis; 3. Aged >= 18 years; 4. Sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Complicated with chronic pancreatitis or pancreatic cancer.
