Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: High risk patients with perioperative myocardial damage.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. patients with mental disorders;cardiac surgery; 2. patients who refused to participate in this study or to follow up.

MeasureTime frame
Troponin was observed and recorded one day after surgery;SEN, SPE, ACC, AUC of ROC;

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
The incidence and mortality of MACE at 1 and 3 months after surgery;
