Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) It is in accordance with WHO 1999 diagnosis criteria of diabetes mellitus; (2) Aged 18-40 years old; (3) The premixed insulin is used; (4)18Kg/m2 <= BMI<= 32Kg/m2 (5) HbA1c7.5%11%; (6) Have read and signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Type 1 diabetes; (2) Secondary diabetic patients, such as acute pancreatitis, thyroid dysfunction, etc; (3) Acute and chronic complications of diabetes; (4) Heart, lung, liver and kidney failure, acute cardio cerebrovascular disease or serious sequelae; (5) Insulin allergy; (6) Confusion or language disorder; (7) Pregnancy and lactation; (8) Tumor patients, history of autoimmune diseases; (9) Those with irregular diet; (10) History of mental illness.
