Nasal Spray:Budesonide nasal spray 256ug QD
Nasal Drop:Budesonide nasal spray 256ug QD and Budesonide repulse 1mg nasal drop QD
Medrol:Budesonide nasal spray 256ug QD and Medrol 24mg PO QD

18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The diagnosis of CRSwNP is based on the standard criteria in the European Position Paper of Rhinosinusitis and Nasal Polyps guideline; 2. Aged 18-75 years; 3. Chinese nationality; 4. Nasal polyps score more than 1 on each side.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who use systemic glucocorticoids or antibiotics 1 month before randomization or use local glucocorticoids 2 weeks before randomization; 2. Patients with upper respiratory tract infection or asthma exacerbation 2 weeks before randomization; 3. Patients in pregnancy and lactation; 4. Patients with sever underlying diseases or with systemic diseases which has to take glucocorticoids continually; 5. Patients who allergic to glucocorticoids; 6. Patients who are participated in clinical trials for nearly 30 days; 7. Patients who cannot cooperate with investigation; 8. Patients with Sinus neoplasms, fungal sinusitis, posterior nasal polyps and other nasal disease.
