65 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA physical status II–III; 2. aged older than 65years; 3. scheduled for elective video-assisted thoracoscopic assisting small incision lobectomy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. obesity (body mass index > 35kg/m2); 2. know allergy to study drugs; 3. skin infection at the site of the needle puncture; 4. coagulopathy, and long-term use of opioids.
