Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The diagnostic criteria, as revised by the American rheumatic society in 1995, include clinical and clinical + radiology + laboratory criteria: 1. Knee pain for most of the past 1 month; 2. X-ray showed osteophyte formation; 3. Joint fluid examination was consistent with osteoarthritis; 4. Aged >=40 years; 5. Morning stiffness and 40 years of age who have met 1+2, 1+3+5+6, or 1+4+5+6 of the above diagnostic criteria; 2. bone scan showed obvious radioactive concentration in both knees, 18FNa SUV>5.0.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. knee arthroplasty; 2. inflammatory knee arthritis or joint infection; 3. neuropathic joint disease; 4. reactive arthritis; 5. fractures around the joints; 6. gout knee arthritis; 7. severe liver and kidney diseases; 8. traumatic arthritis; 9. obvious deformity of internal and external turning of knee joint or vascular and nerve injury of the affected limb; 10. skin damage around the knee joint.
