14 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. aged over 13 years old; 2. diagnosis of achalasia (type I to III); 3. planning to receive peroral endoscopic myotomy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. severe cardiopulmonary diseases that prevent patient from receiving tracheal intubation or general anesthesia; 2. severe coagulopathy; 3. severe thrombocytopenia; 4. severe liver and/or renal dysfunction; 5. portal hypertension with gastric and/or esophageal varices; 6. pregnance; 7. transfer to surgical intervention due to failure of endoscopic treatment; 8. in another clinical trial; 9. refuse to participate in the study.
