Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with edentulous jaw or potential edentulous jaw, require fixed restoration, and maxillomandibular position and upper lip fullness in line with the basic requirements of fixed restoration; 2. Patients aged >18 years; 3. Physical and psychological healthy to undergo surgical and restorative procedures of the All-on-4 protocol; 4. Adequate amount of bone volume for placement, >=4 mm wide horizontally and >=10 mm high vertically for anterior areas; 5. Sufficient primary stability of implant with a final insertion torque >35 N/cm; 6. Signing the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe parafunctional habits (eg, bruxism or clenching), or heavy smokers with a daily consumption of >10 cigarettes; 2. History of systemic disease (eg, diabetes or hematologic diseases); 3. History of metabolic bone disease or bisphosphonate therapy; 4. History of radiotherapy or chemotherapy in the head and neck region; 5. Pregnancy or lactation; 6. Lack of compliance.
