Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients with idiopathic Parkinsons Disease diagnosed according to the UK Parkinsons Disease Society Brain Bank criteria; (2) Aged 50 to 85 years old; (3) All patients give their written informed consent; (4) The group of patients with PD and freezing of gait have a self-reported score of 1 on question 1 of the New Freezing of Gait Questionnaire (NFOGQ).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with any additional cerebral injuries; (2) Patients with severe cognitive dysfunction (MMSE<24); (3) Patients with metal implants or unable to receive MRI examination.
