Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Chinese women aged 20 to 50 years old; 2. The menstrual cycle (21 days and 35 days or less or higher); 3. Single FET embryo number 2 or less; 4. Before transplantation thrombosis assessed by the RCOG guidelines for low risk; 5. Patients or agent has signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. With ovulation disorder (such as endometriosis, polycystic ovarian syndrome); 2. With history of pregnancy complications, gestational hypertension, gestational diabetes, etc.; 3. With history of serious obstacle correlation disease or blood clotting function, severe liver and kidney function is not complete; 4. Nearly 3 month history of blood transfusion, the history of intravenous drug use, etc.; 5. After thawing there is no usable embryos; 6. Within 6 months conducted FET or prepared endometrium before FET; 7. Clinical data is not complete.
