Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Definitions of shallow anterior chamber: 1. The anterior chamber depth <=2.5mm, or the patients had been diagnosed with PACS; 2. The C/D ratio is less than 0.6 and the difference between both eyes is less than 0.2[1]; 3. BCVA is at least 0.3, the difference of visual acuity is no more than two rows between both eyes, spherical equivalent<6.0D; 4. No glaucomatous neuropathy detected by standard visual field; 5. IOP within 11-21mmHg without PAC or PACG[3].
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients without cooperation; 2. Patients with a known history of glaucoma, retinal disease, ocular trauma and surgery; 3. Intumescent cataract, severe lens opacification affects fundus observation; 4. Use of systemic or eye medications (mydrasis or miotic); 5. that could affect the anterior chamber depth, drainage angle and pupillary reflex; 6. Uncertainty of dominant eye.
