Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are undergoing percutaneous kyphoplasty due to osteoporotic compression fractures; 2. Aged from 65 to 85 years old; 3. ASA I-III.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. History of local anesthetic allergy; 2. Infection or severe deformity at the puncture site; 3. Cognitive dysfunction hard to communicate; 4. mental disorders; 5. Long-term use of antidepressants, anticonvulsants and opioid analgesics; 6. Severe bradycardia; 7. the cardiovascular system, respiratory system and liver and kidney function are significantly abnormal; 8. Coagulant function abnormality; 9. Patient refuses to accept relevant anesthesia procedures.
