Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The patient was definitely diagnosed as COPD by municipal medical institutions and was in stable phase. Pulmonary function examination showed that FEV1/FVC was less than 70% and FEV1% was less than 80%; 2. The elderly, aged 60 years or more; 3. The patient has a primary school or above education level with normal reading and writing ability; 4. Patients with no communication obstacle and normal response ,and patients can fill in the questionnaire independently or with the help of researchers; 5. Patients or their caregivers have smart phones, and can conduct effective communication using telephone and/or WeChat; 6. No mental or cognitive impairment; 7. Informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients complicated with pulmonary heart disease and respiratory failure; 2. Patients accompanied by serious heart, liver and kidney diseases; 3. Patients with myocardial infarction and angina pectoris occurred in the past year; 4. Patients with hypertension whose blood pressure is higher than normal range, and cannot be controlled by drugs; 5. Patients with physical weakness, unable to tolerate muscle strength test; 6. A history of syncope after exercise.
