Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. aged < 18 years; 2. Suspected or confirmed infected patients.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Acute myocardial infarction, cardiogenic shock, severe chronic disease (cirrhosis, end-stage of chronic hepatorenal disease, chronic heart failure) with multiple organ dysfunction); Any trauma or postoperative sepsis (including multiple trauma, craniocerebral trauma, post-operative critical state or burn); 2. Any trauma or postoperative sepsis (including multiple trauma, craniocerebral trauma, post-operative critical state or burn); 3. at the end of chronic diseases such as malignant tumors; 4. ICU hospitalization time < 24h; 5. patients and their families do not agree to participate in the trial; 6. uremia, requiring long-term hemodialysis.
