65 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. more than 65 years old; 2. A hip replacement will be planned(or valve replacement surgery under CPB, Nonstop coroonary artery bypass grafting)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Preoperative simple mental state checklist score < 24; 2. History of mental or nervous system problems, severe hearing or visual impairment; 3. Interrupt the experimenter; 4. Unable to communicate with visitors.
