18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosis of ATFL tears by medical history, physical examination and imaging examination; 2. Aged 40-60 years; 3. Platelet count > 1.5 x 10^4; 4. The patient is willing to participate in the study and abandon any other accompanying treatments to complete the follow-up and provide complete information.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The ankle has been traumatized or operated; 2. Other diseases of the ankle joint; for example, tumors, autoimmune diseases; 3. Received sodium hyaluronate or hormone injection 3 months before treatment; 4. Blood system disorders (platelet disease, thrombocytopenia, and anemia HB<9); 5. In the process of immunosuppressive or warfarin treatment.
