Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. aged 35-90 years old; 2. Healthy or sub-healthy people; 3. No infection with HBV/HCV/HIV/TP/EB virus; 4. No history of clinically diagnosed mental illness, no experience of taking or injecting psychotropic drugs; 5. Sign the informed consent.
