Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria of stroke, stable condition, clear consciousness, stable vital signs; 2. The first stroke occurred, the course of disease <= 1 month; 3. Unilateral hemiplegia, hemiplegic upper limbs, hands, lower limbs Brunnstrom stage <= III; 4. No seat balance or seat balance I level, no standing balance; 5. The patient or legal guardian agrees and has signed an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Asymptomatic lacunar infarction, transient cerebral ischemia and reversible stroke; 2. Combined with severe cognitive or dysfunctional dysfunctions, or serious mental disorders such as anxiety and depression, and normal intervention or assessment is not possible; 3. Combined with serious diseases such as heart, liver, kidney, endocrine system and hematopoietic system; 4. Pregnant and lactating women; 5. Who are participating in other clinical trials that affect the evaluation of the results of this study.
