30 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 30-60 with impaired fasting glucose and/or impaired glucose tolerance have not been clinically diagnosed with diabetes, have no history of diabetes, and have not used hypoglycemic drugs. They have good compliance and are willing to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: People who have previously been clinically diagnosed with diabetes, have no history of diabetes, and have not used hypoglycemic drugs, stomach, kidney disease, hepatobiliary disease, or cancer.
