Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Meet the clinical diagnosis and treatment guidelines for adult femoral head necrosis (2016) [8], patients with non-invasive femoral head necrosis, Arco stage II (symptomatic or necrotic area of 15% - 30%) combined with JIC type B (central type) - C1 (lateral type necrosis boundary in acetabulum) [9]; patients aged 18-60 years; patients voluntarily participated in the trial, read and sign the informed consent, patient sex There was no significant difference in data of type, age, stage and course of necrosis of femoral head.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Those with a history of trauma, pregnancy or surgical intolerance, long-term hormone use or serious medical disease
