Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients over 65 years old, ASA grade 1-3; 2. The patients who underwent non-cardiac and non-neurosurgical operations at PLA general hospital, Beijing Tiantan hospital,Peking University First Hospital, Nanjing Drum Tower Hospital, Sun Yat-sen University Cancer Center.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The patients suffered from mental illness and took antipsychotic drugs before surgery; 2. The patients with severe impairment of eyesight, hearing and physical activity; 3. The patients have already diagnosed with dementia before surgery; 4. The patients participated in other clinical trials within one month prior to the start of this study; 5. The Patients with previous cerebrovascular surgery or neurosurgery; 6. The Patients are considered inappropriate for inclusion by the researchers; 7. The patients' life expectancy cannot be followed up in this study.
