Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 18-70 years WHO were diagnosed with type 2 diabetes according to WHO diagnostic criteria; 2. Healthy people selected 10 medical personnel with normal blood glucose, blood lipid, blood pressure, blood routine and urine routine in our hospital. 50 patients with type 2 diabetes who were screened for urinary microalbumin/creatinine at least three times.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Diabetic ketoacidosis or hyperosmolar hyperglycemia, glomerular filtration rate < 45ml/min/1.73m2), malignancy within 5 years, pregnancy or lactation, and failure to follow the study protocol
