Group N:At 10 minutes before anesthesia induction, 25 ug / kg / h of nalbuphine hydrochloride solution was pumped intravenously until 30 minutes before the end of operation
Group D:At 10 minutes before anesthesia induction, 0.25 ug / kg / h of dexmedetomidine solution was pumped intravenously until 30 minutes before the end of operation

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA physical status I-II; 2. aged 18–65 years; 3. undergoing uvulopalatopharyngoplasty.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. history of serious nervous system diseases; 2. history of liver failure, uremia cardiac disorder; 3. allergy to study medications; 4. Unable to communicate; 5. Combined mental disorders; 6. Bradycardia.
