12 Years to 50 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Aged 12-50 years; 2) SNB Angle is generally normal; 3) Complete the surgery of cleft lip, cleft palate and alveolar ridge bone grafting according to the sequence of treatment; 4) Primary school education and above, no cognitive impairment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) The alveolar ridge is completely discontinuous; 2) Complete cleft palate speech; 3) Moderate and severe periodontitis; 4) Patients with maxillofacial trauma, tumor and maxillary cystic consolidation; 5) Surgical contraindications.
