40 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged 40 to 80 years old; (2) The resident population in the area with high incidence of upper gastrointestinal cancer; (3) People who drink, smoke, like to eat too hot, spicy, pickled and other foods; (4) People who voluntarily accept the screening;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Recent history of upper gastrointestinal and pharynx surgery, history of active upper gastrointestinal bleeding; 2. Patients with serious heart disease and hypertension, severe nervous system disease, intolerable and cooperative examination; 3. Those who have serious respiratory diseases, including dyspnea caused by various reasons, such as the persistent state of asthma and the poor pulmonary function caused by other reasons can not tolerate the examination; 4. Severe liver and kidney dysfunction, including esophageal and gastric varices caused by portal hypertension; 5. Those with bleeding tendency (abnormal coagulation function, serious decrease of platelets), or those who are using anticoagulant drugs, the latter should stop taking drugs for one week before relevant examinations, including endoscopic examination; 6. Patients with posterior pharyngeal wall abscess, severe spinal deformity or aortic aneurysm; 7. Dysphagia caused by various reasons, including patients with serious history of throat disease; 8. Esophageal stenosis caused by various reasons; 9. Patients with esophageal fistula caused by various reasons, such as those with fistula after esophageal cancer operation or after radiotherapy and chemotherapy; 10. Severe chest pain and upper abdominal pain of unknown cause; 11. Patients with serious diseases of upper digestive system, such as acute stage of corrosive inflammation of digestive tract, or patients suspected of perforation of upper digestive tract; 12. Pregnant women and children.
