Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: From July 2018 to July 21 Patients whose symptoms persisted or accumulated for more than 1 h per day were taken as the study subjects.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who have been treated with glucocorticoids, leukotriene receptor inhibitors, or antihistamines through the nasal cavity, oral cavity or systemic route in the past month; 2. Acute infectious diseases, upper respiratory tract infections or systemic inflammation symptoms such as fever and chills; 3. Structural rhinitis, nasal polyps, nasal masses and nasal mass lesions; 4. Pregnant and lactating women, patients with severe underlying diseases or mental disorders.
