Sex/Gender
Female

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. over 18 years old; 2. doing pregnancy check-up and giving childbirth in the same hospital; 3. be in 12 to 20 gestational week; 4. be positive in depression screen with EPDS >=10 or PHQ-9 >=5; 5. be singleton pregnancy; 6. agree to participant; 7. be able to understand the questionnaire.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. be in risk of suicide; 2. substance abuse or addiction in the past 6 months; 3. be in psychiatric treatment or use psychiatric medications; 4. have experience in meditation.
