Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Onset time <2 weeks; Aged 18-80 years old; CT or diffusion weighted magnetic resonance imaging (DWI) confirmed the presence of ischemic stroke; MRI lesions were located in the blood supply area of internal carotid artery. Adverse lateral limb movement; Muscle strength of the affected upper limb is grade 4/5; No serious aphasia or apraxia; Neglect, epilepsy; Sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Do not use in patients with metal foreign body inside or outside the skull; Do not use pacemakers, medical pumps or cochlear implants, or increased intracranial pressure. Do not use in patients with recurrent or severe headache; High frequency strong stimulation has the risk of causing convulsion. High frequency strong stimulation is prohibited for patients with a history of epilepsy or a family history of epilepsy. Other diseases of the nervous or mental system;The cognitive dysfunction can't cooperate with the examination; It is not expected to complete the interview.
