Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Type 2 diabetic patients aged 40 years and 75 years old who met the diagnostic criteria of WHO diabetes in 1999 had a course of disease within 15 years.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. type 11 diabetes mellitus, special type diabetes mellitus, gestational diabetes mellitus and diabetes mellitus complicated with pregnancy; 2. Acute cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events within 3 months; 3. severe liver or kidney disease; 4. malignant tumor; 5. have a history of studying drug allergies or definite contraindications; 6. are participating in other clinical trials; 7. are not easy to follow up for a long time or have poor compliance.
